I bought 2 sensor taps for £almost £900. Until I got the taps, the service was great but since one tap is faulty and I need help to replace it, no one is supporting to deal with this issue. I have called several times to replace the tap but I have been asked to send pictures and videos etc. I can simply send you the faulty tap and replace it with good one.
Please deal with this matter as a matter of urgency.
