Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Nice products. Unfortunately we had missing parts on our delivery, and our experience with getting new parts sent hasn't been very good compared to other suppliers we have dealt with on our project where we have been able to actually talk to someone and hear back within a few hours with a resolution. Ergonomic Designs don't do this.”

“I bought a beautiful bathroom vanity cupboard and I then needed to order a new draw because my sink wasn’t installed properly and water had gotten in one of the draws and it expanded, they were so fast at responding to my query and so helpful I would definitely buy again.”

“I ordered the oak coloured vanity unit. The picture looks a lot darker on their website than what was delivered. If I’m honest it looks cheap and something that wouldn’t look amiss in a caravan! Definitely not the look I’m going for in my new spa bathroom. I contacted the team to return but had to pay £55 for the privilege. They said the photos on the website is just for illustration purposes only and colour variation depends on light. Be very careful before ordering as this is nothing like Oak! It’s an expensive mistake as I had to pay delivery too so roughly £90 in total to open a box.”
