Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The website was generally very clear however I did phone to ask for some detailed clarification about the items I wanted and delivery times. The advisor was very helpful and I felt confident placing my order. The items were delivered within my prefered timeframe.”

“We ordered a vanity unit a few days ago. Was slightly concerned as we obviously were relying on photos rather than seeing it in real life. Well no need to worry at all as it was delivered quickly and is beautiful and classy looking. Good quality so will definitely use this company again.”

“The item itself is lovely, but the delivery service really let the whole experience down. Told it would arrive at 2pm, didn’t turn up until 5pm and then wouldn’t deliver to my 2nd floor flat, and I was given no opportunity to tell them that detail before they delivered. So it was left on the bottom floor and I had to try to get it up the stairs myself. Ergonomic designs wouldn’t offer a refund on the £30 I paid for this shockingly bad delivery service. Wouldn’t buy from here again purely for the delivery alone.”
