Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ergonomic were easy to deal with and their price for the Kaldewei steel bath was good compared to other retailers. Delivery was good and prompt, the only small negative is that it couldn't be tracked otherwise all fine.”

“Ordered a quadrant shower, which we'ven't fitted yet, so we can't comment on that. However, the ordering process was easy, and the delivery was brilliant. We opted for the cheaper option as we didn't need it urgently. We were able to choose our day and were kept informed with a map as to where the delivery was. The delivery driver was lovely and really helpful. So far, we would definitely recommend this company.”

“Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with my shopping experience. The customer service and product quality were poor. One of the items I received was broken, and I submitted a return request, but it has been over two days without any response. This kind of delay and lack of communication seriously damages customer trust. I hope in the future, return requests will be handled more promptly and professionally.”

“I wanted to say a big thank you and what excellent after sales service. I had an issue with one of my products and when I reported it (via email) the service was excellent, immediate response from the team. When they were unable to resolve the issue, the product was replaced with no additional cost. Highly recommend the company!”
