Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “No problems with ordering but delivery person banged the shower screen quite badly against the door frame she said it was just on the corner so proceeded to open package on the corner and said it was not damaged. I will let your company know asap when package is fully opened and inspected.”

“I have spent months researching and been ordering bathroom fixtures, fittings and furniture since October last year ready for my bathroom renovation in 2 weeks time and have found myself consistently coming back to Ergonomics Designs as my go to store. Their range of items is excellent, the furniture in particular is great quality and all of it is at the best possible price I have found from all the stores I’ve visited. Delivery is always super quick and communication excellent. The latest order I have made an error with ordering the wrong colour mirror, one quick chat online and I’m ready to send the item back for a replacement with no quibbles. I have worked in sales and customer service for 30+ years and how a company deals with its customers is by far the most important factor to me.
