Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The item itself is lovely, but the delivery service really let the whole experience down. Told it would arrive at 2pm, didn’t turn up until 5pm and then wouldn’t deliver to my 2nd floor flat, and I was given no opportunity to tell them that detail before they delivered. So it was left on the bottom floor and I had to try to get it up the stairs myself. Ergonomic designs wouldn’t offer a refund on the £30 I paid for this shockingly bad delivery service. Wouldn’t buy from here again purely for the delivery alone.”
