Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Disappointed. I spent over £700 with Ergonomic designs plus £50 in delivery fees but have been left disappointed by the service I received. They delivered the wrong bath waste to me. I alerted them about it the next day but it took over a week to get the right product sent out. I asked for delivery fees to be waived as a small gesture of goodwill but they were unwilling to offer this. Because it took so long for the products to be shipped I was unable to return them and purchase others in time before the bathroom installation. The shower and bath filler are very similar to ones I later found in B&Q but are twice the price but it’s too close to installation for me to return the more expensive ED ones. The only good thing about this experience is that the Odessa vanity looks nice. I have several properties and was willing to furnish them with Ergonomic designs items but I won’t after this experience. Over the last 2 weeks I have made large orders (£500+) with Drench and Victorian Plumbing and have had faster delivery and zero issues with incorrect items. I’ll be shopping with those companies for the other properties not Ergonomic Designs.”

“I wanted to to return the Odesa fluted cistern cover due to the colour not matching the colour on their website. Having paid £29.99 for delivery, which I thought was a little excessive, they have messaged me saying the will charge £54.99 to collect. Terrible customer service.”

“We desperately needed a thermostatic mixer valve for use on our yacht. Juggling with hot and cold used up loads of water and we have a limited supply in our tank. The Ergonomic Designs mixer tap is instantaneous. Not a drop is wasted. We were so impressed that when we came to remodel our bathroom we selected the same tap (but with the 3-way diverter this time). FYI You really should look at exporting. We could not find anything as good in Europe.”

“We bought a very beautiful mixer that we were so excited about. A carton was delivered without the item we ordered unfortunately. We reached out to customer service about this and they said nothing can be done as we didn’t reach out within 48 hours. It’s a £339 expense we’re excepted to just right off no questions asked due to no fault of our own. This is not acceptable as we bought it with our hard earned money and we deserve better support. All we want is the item we bought and paid for in full. Nothing more and nothing less.”
