Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I purchased a shower for 15 months ago with a two year guarantee for £130. The item failed this month - the mixer won't work and I can only use the cold water. The company refused to support with this, claiming the small print of their policy excludes the parts of the product from the guarantee and requiring me to pay £66.50 (with delivery) for the replacement part. If parts which are completely integral to the functioning of the product are not included in the guarantee, it's essentially worthless. I would really encourage you to take your custom elsewhere, as any guarantees or warranties from this company will not be honoured.”
