Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. “We ordered several items from Ergonomic designs and one was missing when delivered was made. On contacting customer services I was basically told I hadn’t looked through the package properly and it would be there. It wasn’t and there was no apology or suggestion that they would send a replacement. After emailing a further 3 times, I was then told they would send a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. Still no apology and the tone from the customer service advisor was accusatory and rude. Wouldn’t order from again because issues are not dealt with professionally!”

“Very disappointing experience – incorrect shower door and poor after-sales support I purchased a 1500mm shower door from Ergonomic Designs Bathrooms, expecting the product to be suitable for the dimensions advertised. Unfortunately, the door was far too short for the required specification. I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Ergonomic Designs, but rather than properly investigating whether the product was incorrect or unsuitable, I was repeatedly made to feel that the problem was the installer. After considerable time and effort, Ergonomic Designs eventually sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement still does not resolve the problem and I am now left having wasted significant time, with the installation still unable to be completed properly. The biggest frustration is not simply receiving a product that doesn't work for the required specification. It is the repeated experience of having to explain the same issue, arrange replacements and spend more time trying to resolve something that should have been straightforward. When a product is correctly specified, installation should not become a continual argument about whether the installer is at fault. I would expect the supplier to properly check the dimensions and provide the correct product that matches the specification. My experience has been extremely frustrating. If the product is correct, everything may be fine, but when there is a problem, the after-sales process has been a nightmare and I feel the responsibility has continually been pushed back onto the customer/installer rather than the issue being properly resolved. I would strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a shower door from this company carefully check the actual dimensions and adjustment range against their installation requirements before ordering, and keep all specifications and correspondence in writing. After the amount of time and inconvenience this has caused, I simply want the matter resolved with the correct shower door, rather than being blamed for a product that does not meet the required dimensions.”

“I ordered the Odesa arc Cairo walnut 340mm wall hung vanity. The unit itself is beautiful and the sink is substantial, I particularly like that it gave the opportunity to have a cloakroom sink that could fit hand soap on it.”

“Ongoing issues with non delivery by courier. Apparently it takes 4 working days to investigate non delivery and provide update information. Not good enough. I am out of pocket £150 and am non the wiser as to what is happening.”

“Ordered the Odesa Arc 500mm 2 Drawer Wall Hung Vanity Unit And Basin In Fluted Oak. Super happy with the quality of the product, couldn’t find what we wanted elsewhere. Nice amount of options to choose from with the sink. Delivery was timely too, no complaints. Was a little sceptical from the website as it would always go through verification checks, but so glad we went for it!”
