Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I found Ergonomic Designs and the Solar Chrome mixer valve when looking to replace an old unit. This was cheaper than another company whom I had purchased from before. Delivery was very quick, extremely well packed and when I opened the product I could see that it was of far better quality and value than my old one. Brilliant warranty, really please I found this one and very happy with purchase.”

“I contacted Ergonomc Designs several months ago because i couldnt decide between two different shades of the toilet cabinet. The lady i spoke to was super helpful and actually got someone in the warehouse to take pictures of the cabinets side by side. I was a little unsure because they seemed to be much cheaper than others i was looking at. Anyway, i decided to order and i couldnt be happier... my very fussy partner also commented that they seem really good quality! Really happy as it has taken me months to decide ! Once ordered they came within two days and even the courier service was smooth.. updates the day before delivery and on the day of delivery. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from this company again. Thanks Kim x”

“Booked my delivery slot for 05/01/26 was given an allocated time slot of 11am-7pm. On the day given an ETA for 14.05. Items were attempted to be delivered at 16.00. The driver dropped items and broke them.”

“Very pleased with item and service. Ordered oak vanity with brass handles. Looks lovely, just as described. (Please note you will have to order brass overflow ring, as it comes in chrome as standard). Delivery was very quick. I was concerned over previous reviews but 3 packages arrived in perfect condition, comprising of base unit, sink and handles. Thank you”
