Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Loved this company as I had a cistern from another company that was cracked and couldn't get in contact with that company (they had taken down their phone line and live chat due to covid for some reason). Ergonomic I ordered the replacement cistern at a good price on a Friday and it was delivered on the Monday ahead of schedule and in plenty of time for my plumbers final fix of our new toilet.”

“Purchased designer radiator to finish off bedroom. the first radiator arrived within a couple of days but was damaged on arrival. The driver kindly took back and organised replacement, which arrived next day. Unfortunately it was also damaged but couldn't be seen without unwrapping it. After a few emails ergonomics kindly refunded money as they did not have a replacement available. All emails responded to quickly. Would buy from them again.”

“A company is only as good as its customer service and this company is excellent at it. I bought a toilet seat just under a year a back and noticed recently it had broken. I contacted Rob and he immediately contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Thank you for your excellent customer service.”

“Having left a 1 star review a few days ago it is only fair that I provide an update to say that Ergonomic Designs did live up to its exceptional customer service claim. I would add that I don't believe that the previous review played any part in the company changing its decision but was based on looking at all the information again (maybe I did not explain it correctly in the first place) - the replacement part arrived quickly with good clear communication.”
