Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Required a replacement urgently.. through a google search this company got my attention firstly due to reasonable prices and secondly for quick delivery. Quality of item was superb and have already recommended to family and friends. Thank you.”

“I purchased two concealed shower mixer taps in 2017 from Ergonmic designs on Ebay, my ebay history didnt go back to 2017 but using Gmail i found the original order and emailed them as they were working within the restrictions of Covid 19 lockdown after a couple of emails they located the spares required and sent me a quote within a few days i had the showers repaired and back running, its a small company with great customer service i would not hesitate to use them again”

“Good service, prices competitive, had to wait a short time for delivery. This was not an issue, if you need products from them then build a little time flexibility on your order. Only criticism one of the seals were damaged on the waste, and the replacement was incorrect. I would use them again.”

“I could not recommend this company. Purchased based on the photos and description in the product listing. I was sent something different to what was ordered and Ergonomic Designs made no attempt to rectify the situation. Simply poor customer service.”

“Having made a very bad decision to order from Victorian Plumbing and being let down badly, I found Ergonomic Designs on-line and put my trust in them. Despite not being able to contact them via the phone because of the Coronavirus situation they responded to e-mails promptly and over the next few days I ordered several items of Sanitaryware for our new house and just wish I'd known about them earlier. The products are keenly priced and although you have to pay for delivery, the service is excellent and I was kept fully informed. Items were delivered even more quickly than expected. The items haven't been installed yet but as they were well packed from the manufacturers I am hoping there will be no problems with 'what's in the box'. Excellent experience, it has restored my faith in on-line companies.”
