Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I was very happy with the service received from ergonomic designs, they were helpful with providing the correct information for the parts I needed and didn't try to sell me extra parts that I wouldn't need (in fact gave me a helpful tip on cleaning up the old parts from limescale). The parts came in two days which was also good so overall a very good company, thanks.”

“Quite a long wait for the part ordered but that was because of Covid 19 not Ergonomic. I had very quick replies to my enquiry emails which was nice. When the part came in it was sent to me the next day which was excellent. The change of delivery address at the last moment was easily rectified and the part was delivered by 9am the next day.”

“I neeed to replace my rapidly breaking D shaped shower enclosure but didn't want to replace the tray. So I emailed Ergonomic Designs for advice and they were very helpful, steering me towards their range of potentially suitable products. I looked around but couldn't find a similar product at such a competitive price. I bought it, and within a few days the April Infiniti shower enclosure arrived. I've installed in now and it's a terrific shower; Spacious, well designed, easy enough to build, nice features and easy on the eye. All in all a great experience with a great company.”

“A great company showcasing top quality products for all your bathroom needs. I ordered the Aquadart smoked wet room screen which was half the price from ergonomic designs as compared to if I was to purchase direct from the manufacturer. Really pleased with the quality and service provided. Will definitely be ordering from Ergo again :)”

“Was pleased overall with the service I received, easy to order online & very competitively priced. Only downside was cost of delivery, thought it was slightly expensive for only a small item, but delivery was relatively quick considering the current circumstances.
