Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I ordered Geberit Zappa50 flush plate - Stainless Steel on 30 June. It was dispatched on 1 July and it arrived on the following day. It was easy to navigate the website and place my order, which was acknowledged and I was kept informed at every step. Perhaps having discovered Ergonomic Designs on page 4 of Google, I was a little skeptical (but then ordering online is never risk-free) hence I was more than delighted when the order was delivered - than had I ordered from another well known website. Thank you.”

“We purchased 3 Hansgrohe Logis Universal corner baskets in chrome from Ergonomic Designs and were very pleased with the service, delivery and the products which were very high quality and look fantastic. Not the cheapest out there but in my experience you get what you pay for and these are chrome on brass and will pass the test of time.”

“I'm sure when I receive the item I ordered it will be fine but as yet I have still not received it. The delivery date was supposed to have been 14th and this is now 18th.”

“I came across Ergonomic Designs whilst in a local bathroom showroom. The local showroom were selling the product I purchased (RRP £800+ reduced to £400+) I decided to take a look online and noticed Ergonomic Designs selling the exact same product for around £200. (Product is exact match to picture) I was a little hesitant to order as I hadn’t heard of them before, but I decided to take a chance and I wasn’t disappointed.”
