Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I'm so glad I 'discovered' your website on page 4 of my internet search for bathroom products! Some of the websites on page 1 are questionable and three have let me down (luckily, I got refunded, but late). I ordered a RAK Resort toilet with hidden fixations from you as a trial order - actually I placed 2 separate small orders to test your reliability, and on both occasions you've earned 5 stars. I experienced brief but good communication from your sales team throughout. I must have missed the deadline for ordering the RAK, so you emailed to ask if I wished to cancel or continue. I agreed to continue but feared the worst (as that was how I was let down by another website). Then came an email to advise an all-day delivery, it never arrived but I realised you and I were at the mercy of delivery companies. I used your online form to chase up on the following day but the driver turned up moments later. Delays are to be expected because all companies are working to social distancing guidelines and luckily I was at home to accept delivery. I can understand some customers' frustration under similar circumstances. I hope you're collecting feedback to improve your service from excellent to exceptional. Thank you.”

“It was a pleasure dealing with this company, great customer service and were quick to respond to all my enquiries. The delivery was on time and as expected. They were very helpful and quick to resolve a slight damage on unit door and a replacement was sent asap. Will be happy to recommend and buy from them again”

“We took delivery of a Merlyn shower sliding door and tray. Although the two items were ordered and paid for separately we requested that they be combined and delivered together. Initially E.D’s said this wasn’t possible so when they arrived together we requested a refund of one delivery charge. E.D’s Went out of their way to resolve this issue. It took them a great deal in the way of communicating with the supplier but were successful. Additionally, we thought we had a problem with the tray being marked. E.D,s suggested it might be the thin coating of film covering the tray. We insisted it wasn’t and so E.D’s arranged a return of the item. On a further inspection by ourselves we discovered it was the film after all. We apologised to E.D’s and again they went out of the way to put a stop to the returns process with no criticism of ourselves. We are very happy with the product and extremely happy with the after sales service. We couldn’t recommend Ergonomic Designs highly enough. Their agents are respectful, have very good product knowledge, and really do put customer satisfaction as their priority. David and Margaret”

“I made 2 orders, we only unpacked them when the plumber came so as to keep them safe, we kept them exactly where the delivery drivers left them. The shower enclosure was damaged which you wouldn’t do anything about as it was longer than 24 hours, then the shower waste was split, there was no point in complaining at this point as it was clear it would do nothing about it. A great shame as I have 7 bathrooms in total to refurbish as I have a B&B. So the goods were damaged & the customer service was rubbish, so I wouldn’t be using you again & I most certainly won’t be recommending you”
