Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Amazing company even with covid to deal with my order of abacus boarding kit was dispatched and delivered within a couple of days , I just wanna say the boarding is excellent to work with And recommend it over any other type of boarding. “Use these guys over my local merchants now as they are much better for price. Better quality of brands. Had to return an item as customer cancelled last minute, item was refunded in less than 48hrs. Highly recommend and also recommend to my customers now”

“Great quality products at great prices.... I love my vanity unit. Shower tray, toilet both good quality.... Only downfall is no matter how much you spend..... £50 plus delivery. But the service was before delivery date so can't fault that.”

“Ordered a toilet pan and seat just as nation went into lockdown. They advised that there would be a delay in receiving goods, which there was, but they emailed when they had a definite delivery date. It arrived as stated and is exactly what I ordered. If it hadn’t been for long delay, would have given 5 star rating.”

“We bought this to replace a head from Bathstore that had aged badly. It was slightly wider than the old one, which was a concern as we don’t have great water pressure, but what a revelation. It delivers a wonderful, vibrant, even shower of jets (seemingly aerated) which is really invigorating. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Yesterday I received my last delivery for 2 bathrooms worth of kit. I placed 8 separate orders, and all were processed very efficiently throughout, very competitive pricing too! I am really impressed by Ergonomic Designs, Tara in customer service has been brilliant. Would 100% recommend to anyone.”
