Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Very good company to deal with - when I rang to check stock the phone was answered quickly & I was able to get all the information I needed. When I placed my order online for a Blanco sink it arrived very quickly via a very helpful courier & having peeked in the box to have a look it's packaged very well & looks gorgeous. A pleasure to deal with this company”

“Very helpful when contacted both online and by phone. All purchased items delivered together by very helpful delivery man in less than five days! Have only inspected delivered goods as installation has yet to take place. All items appear to be very good quality and I am looking forward to using them. Can certainly recommend ergonomic designs.”

“Product as described. Delivery was delayed due to shortages at their supplier. I was contacted quickly and given the option to wait or get my money back. I opted to wait and received the product this week. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was that the product was delivered on Monday without a prior delivery notification, I received that one on Friday!”

“Wrong shower tray delivered, second one damaged, third one perfect. Customer Service(Tina) was fantastic - next day delivery both times. No waiting on the phone and replies to e-mails dealt with immediately. Delivery driver was also extremely courteous and efficient. We would certainly recommend to friends.”

“First bath came with a crack in the bottom, phoned them up and spoke to a lady called Beth, sent a photo to them and the next day they delivered a new one . Great service, would recommend. Kind regards, P Clarke”

“Randomly chosen, because they were one of the only people that did a 1500x800 base that had a corner waste hole, I had no idea what would happen. Excellence is what happened. They arrived a full day early, next day in fact, offloaded to a safe inside the door, and gave me a smile as they left. The base was well protected with strong packaging, and seems exactly what I wanted. The waste is also as per the description, looks a good quality piece of kit, clean high quality mouldings - no swarf etc. As soon as its fitted I will see if I can come back and upload a pic, and a proper review, but I am already very impressed with this lot.”

“We have recently refurbished our bathroom and ordered bathroom furniture from Ergonomic Designs. Although some of the furniture was damaged on delivery, customer service from Ergonomic was first class. They ensured that replacements were ordered and delivered within a few days. I would most certainly use them again.”

“Order arrived very quickly. Excellent response when we mistakenly thought a part of the order was missing. They explained very charmingly two components had been packed in a single box not two as we had expected. Will have no hesitation using this company again.”
