Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “everything went well for my orders apart from the wall hung toilet pan where it was supposed to be delivered from 29th - 31st. When I've checked on the 1st what happened, you've told me that someone have rang me to have arranged the delivery. I have to tell you now with all honesty that there was NOBODY who rang me. Not a missed call from an unknown number or anything. When it was arranged finally to be delivered on the 2nd, I still have to ring round 4pm on that day just to be informed that it won't be delivered at all because it was broken on transit! Again NOBODY has informed me & obviously could have waited all day for nothing!”

“We ordered a complete family bathroom from these guys, lots of different makes. Service was great, easy to contact - we had one damaged item and this was soon rectified. We have another bathroom to do so will definitely be using them again.”

“Ordered shower tray Saturday notification on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Arrived 08:45am Tuesday as stated. The driver assisted with transporting into house. Product undamaged(well packed). Overall a very good first experience with Ergonomic design.”

“You certainly get what you pay for. Order arrived very quickly and well packaged. items are also packed in little cloth bags to keep the chrome scratch free. Although we have not installed the taps yet they appear to be of very good quality. The shower head attachments are all heavy and not cheap looking like some makes. I would certainly reccommend this seller and their products.”

“This is the first time I've ordered from this company. Their prices were extremely competitive and the ordering process very easy. Unfortunately one if the items received was not the one I was expecting. It turned out that this was an issue with the manufacturer. The person I spoke to was very professional and in a couple of days I received the correct part. Great customer service. I would use them again.”

“We ordered two Aqualisa shower valves from EDB and unfortunately, when our plumber opened one of the boxes, the main valve box was missing... We contacted both EDB and Aqualisa - had no support from Aqualisa, but a lovely lady, Tara, at EDB was more than happy to help us resolve this matter and kept us updated daily. Even though it took eight days to sort out, a new valve was delivered direct to our door, so our plumber could get on. Many thanks Tara, we greatly appreciated your help, the valves are now both fitted and plastering of the two bathrooms has commenced.”
