Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I had a leak problem on my shower diverter unit and called for some advice - within two minutes of my garbled description (I’m not knowledgable of these things!) the very helpful lady that took my call had identified the part required (at an extremely reasonable price) and arranged next day delivery. The part arrived promptly the next afternoon and was fitted that day! Very happy customer - thank you Ergonomic,is Designs!”

“Brilliant service, ordered a replacement wc seat online and was quickly & efficiently dispatched using DPD. Kept informed of flexible delivery & time slot. Item AOK. NB.The delivery cost options were misleading for single item order! Opted for split delivery which worked out cheaper! Thank you.”
