Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Very pleased with the support over email, which included links to the items I couldn't find on the website. I then bought what I'd asked about, and the order came through quickly as promised. Excellent service. The website is a little hard to navigate (and I'm experienced in using them!)”

“Impressive customer service following an emailed enquiry: I was provided with an explanation and direct web link to the products I wanted (the website is irritating to use and although I use a lot of sites, I couldn't get what I needed). “GREAT PRICES Great help and advise. Speedy delivery but check your delivery note we ordered 1700 x 760shower tray and received a 1700 x 750 but showed on invoice as a 760, we kept it anyway !! Highly Recommend but make sure you get what you ordered”

“Very disappointing delivery. Screen shot led us to believe the delivery was made to Middleton, 20 miles from us. We went there to then find it had been delivered to Bury. Another very poor Dpd delivery/ communication. Dpd don't see anything wrong with what they've done. This has wasted a lot of our time. Our order clearly stated a home delivery. As soon as Dpd deviated from that we should have been given clear communications. Pathetic service from them. I probably wouldn't order again from Ergonomics designs, purely to avoid Dpd. I would like a refund of our delivery charge. In our view the item was not delivered in line with agreed delivery details at purchase.”

“I ordered a 3 way thermostatic mixer valve and attachments from Ergonomic design over 5 years ago now, I originally purchased from them as I loved the design on it and the great price in comparison to others. Over 5 years later I had an issue which the support team helped me along with, support was great and very friendly. I'm due to move, starting a big renovation project and I will definitely be looking to purchase from them again. Highly recomend. Thankyou”

“Placd the order online and received the ordered goods within three or four days. Good service. New shower unit not yet fitted so I'll have to wait and see if there's anything else I need to go back to them about but, looking at the packaging, I can't see that there will be any issues.”
