Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Lynn in Customer Service was good at keeping me informed about delivery on the tap I had ordered that was out of stock (It got to me sooner than expected in the end). So good communication, love the tap and competitively priced. Well done Ergonomic Designs.”

“I ordered a valve for my shower, which was as listed (although it’s not been fitted yet) and arrived on time. My reason for the 3 stars is that the package was so enormous and over the top and in this day and age of recycling and monitoring waste it was down right crazy. My valve was in a small box approx 15cm x 8cm x 8cm this was then inside another box with was approx 60cm x 50cm x 20cm with paper packing inside too. Just a bit wasteful.”

“They had the best price online for a Carron Quantum Bath. It was delivered quickly with excellent service from an American driver who was willing to carry the item safely inside ( so many won’t!). I was kept informed by both texts and mobile calls regarding the delivery date and times. Outstanding friendly service throughout. Would highly recommend them to others.”

“Easy to order, good price, not happy that they kept extending their sales dates as we would have liked to order nearer the date of our bathroom installation but hey so!! not a big issue. Customer service on delivery date excellent. Delivery person excellent. Delivery right on time from phone call from driver..Delivery was over 5 days but that was our choice - can do this when placing order”
