Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with in every respect. The prices were good, which was why I first used them, but the service I received throughout the process was truly exceptional. The telephone operators were extremely courteous and helpful, not to mention informed, which feels like a rarity when buying products online. I was entirely refurbishing three bathrooms, and I ended up using Ergonomic Designs throughout the process. They were quick to pick up on items that I had ordered that wouldn't fit with other products in the order (I am not a plumber myself, so there were a few inconsistencies in my ordering!), which gave the impression that each order had been carefully looked over by a real person. And when I revised the orders, they were extremely helpful, making sure that I could minimise the delivery costs, inconvenience. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with everyone I talked to, and the products arrived in good time, in good condition, and as expected. Thank you so much!”

“Bought this late on Friday, I phoned first to check availability everyone very helpful. Received it the following Tuesday morning in Glasgow the carrier phoned to let me know he was on his way. Really good service all the way, prices and range better than most. I would not hesitate to buy again from this Company”

“Good communication when ,the item was ordered and when collected. The only draw back was the item took a few weeks to be back in stock...so at to keep checking online. The items themself (bath & end panel) were fantastic, well made and great for the purchase price. Would highly recommend 5*.”
