Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The toilet we ordered was delivered very promptly, but unfortunately was damaged. I immediately contacted Ergonomic designs and they very efficiently arranged for a replacement to be delivered and the old one collected. I'm now very happy with both the item and the service I received. Would recommend this company.”

“Very difficult to order as site kept blocking with weird message (reported) Also although the product is fine the additional stuff required like toilet seat and plug for basin for my order you do not stock ! Very frustrating now have to go and search for items. One stop shop is what you need not 90%”

“Terrible company - one to avoid. Supplied me with a shoer enclosure with was damaged and then refused to replace or compensate. Customer service terrible too - no response to calls and emails for nearly 4 weeks. Avoid *** highly disappointed.”

“Bought 2 RAK Resort Toilets and 2 Hudson Reed Carma Basin Mixer Taps. Delivery was quick and efficient. Got a call from delivery company ahead of delivery to confirm the date. Prices are also unbelievable! Spent a long time scouring the Internet until I found them and so far, I'm pleased I did. Haven't installed the items yet, but I'm sure I'll enjoy them and if there is any issue, I'm sure the team at Ed will be there to help. Lanners, H Hempstead”

“Awful, I was contacted by text to say that the delivery would be today. I have waited in and called to detail a delivery time only to be told that the delivery is now Tuesday. At no point was someone going to call me and let me know. I have waited in all morning as it was stated that someone needed to be in to assist with the delivery and that a charge would incur for a re delivery. Awful customer service. Regards, Elizabeth”

“Excellent Service: I needed to check the availability of some items of bathroom furniture. Emails and product queries were promptly responded to. I had an issue converting the quote they produced for me into an order but this was also promptly attended to. I ordered a large number of items on Monday afternoon. A number of items were delivered directly from Bristan on Wednesday, 2 days later and all of the remaining items were delivered on Thursday. Given the very negative reivews of a large number of competitors who publish incorrect stock levels, I was very impressed with the service offered by ED. We ordered a range of Hudson Reed furniture and Bristan shower parts and we are impressed with the quality.”

“Excellent service, the phone was answered promptly when I called to ask a few questions prior to ordering, the man I spoke to was polite and efficient. Having placed my order I was amazed to receive a phone call within the hour offering me a delivery slot for the following day. I was expecting to have to struggle the toilet I'd ordered up from the road as it does state kerbside delivery, but the courier actually carried it up two flights of steps and brought it into the house for me, very impressed, would recommend and order again from them”

“order number 98882067 Supplied me with a damaged shower enclosure. refused to replace or refund. Customer service is terrible - no response to emails and phone calls, the company is blaming the manufacturer and has refused to take responsibility. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Very poor communication Have been waiting 3 weeks with response to my complaint.”

“Not used this supplier before but needed a specific item (Bristan Bliss Electric Shower) so looked for suppliers/prices on Google. Very good price from Ergonomic Designs and delivery was very quick. Will definitely look at their website again when I need more/similar items.”

“I wanted to purchase a replacement toilet seat and after reading reviews on other online retailers which were not good, decided to try Ergonomic Designs. I have no hesitation in recommending them for their efficiency. The correct goods were delivered on the specified day and time after receiving two text messages. Unfortunately I did not receive the email message until two days after the delivery, though it didn't matter then.”
