Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. Hi William, I can see that you placed your order online. The system calculates the postage charge based upon the delivery postcode. I can see on your order you were only charged 6.50 postage for delivery to EH3. There was an error on your billing post code and this has now been corrected.

“I ordered all of my sanitary ware from Ergonomic Designs. The order was fulfilled ahead of the expected delivery date with all boxes in good condition. Sadly upon opening a item I found that it was faulty. (I hasten to add that this was probably a manufacturing fault). I contacted the support team who were friendly and helpful. Within a couple of days replacements for the faulty items were delivered out to me. I would highly advise Ergonomic Designs as a very reasonably priced company with great service. Harry”

“Found the item I was looking for at a very competitive rate on Ergonomic Designs website and it was free delivery (bonus!). Easy to order and despatch was super fast - confirmation said that if I contacted them they may be able to give me details of when the item would arrive but this was not the case. This could have caused a problem as the delivery address is not always manned but we fell lucky with the courier. Would use them again as they were competitive, prompt, responded to my delivery enquiry (even if they couldnt furnish me with details) and the item was exactly as described.”
