Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Efficient service and well organised. Helpful on the phone. I ordered a Roca Gap toilet which looks lovely but hasn’t been installed yet. The item was more cost effective than some other places. Good service and all went smoothly. Thank you.”

“I was creating multiple orders for a bathroom and new en-suite and I made several changes and returned some items. Beth was always helpful and knowledgeable, very good. I was able to collect some items in person & the young man who helped was also very good. Will use again for sure, pricing was very competitive and range of items excellent. R, Kevin”

“I bought several items for the bathroom at very competitive prices. Unfortunately one item arrived broken but the company exchanged it very quickly at their expense. This slight hiccup was no big deal and I'm very happy with the whole transaction. It’s helpful to see good reviews but the best measure is how the company dealt with a problem, as none of us want hassle. They scored 10/10 so I’d highly recommend Ergonomic Designs.”
