Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Found the item I was looking for at a very competitive rate on Ergonomic Designs website and it was free delivery (bonus!). Easy to order and despatch was super fast - confirmation said that if I contacted them they may be able to give me details of when the item would arrive but this was not the case. This could have caused a problem as the delivery address is not always manned but we fell lucky with the courier. Would use them again as they were competitive, prompt, responded to my delivery enquiry (even if they couldnt furnish me with details) and the item was exactly as described.”

“Good product , well priced, delivered as stated, well packed. Yet to be installed. One small point regarding the size of drill bit required.... instructions state 9 mm, there is no such size in UK it should be in increments of 2mm so this should be 8mm or 10mm. .”

“Delivery vehicle broke down on selected day of delivery. After speaking with Customer Services the delivery was re-scheduled for the following morning in a reduced time slot due to other commitments. Arrived as promised with regular updates on delivery progress. Could not fault their Customer Services.”
