I have only recently purchased cover so cannot comment on service apart from your website which made completion of the policy very easy.

Very competitive cost for breakdown cover. Not yet used the the service so I cannot comment on it

I was surprised to find I did not have "Home Start" in my purchase. This could have been my misinterpretation, but was not given a final check list before paying.

Mr Morgan, Thank you for comments. Homestart is not provided within our Economy cover which you have chosen. Upon selecting which level of cover you require, our system displays the policy benefits, to which homestart would not have been mentioned. If this element is required, please call us on 01945 465508, where we will be happy to upgrade your cover to Full UK to include this. Regards 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team.

Although the breakdown guy was nice he did not seem to want to try to fix my car, but did move it to where I wanted him too. I thought I had an hours roadside repair in my breakdown insurance but he did not even look under the bonnet until I asked him to. This is a bit disappointing as I still have a non starting car. It now emerges that my camshaft belt is broken, shame that the mechanic did not look long enough under the bonnet to diagnose this!!!

Hi, so originally i rang on a Tuesday evening explaining my car wouldn't start, however the person taking the call seemed not keen on getting anyone out unless it was really necessary. i called back the next morning in which someone was called out to me. however the service i received when the recovery service arrived to my address was excellent.

Not sure if this is the right breakdown cover required for us, as some of the information wasn't available until the purchase had been carried out. Legally there is a 'cooling off' period, but there was also a £10 admin fee to cancel (which also wasn't made clear beforehand!) I just hope that if we do breakdown, we get the service we were hoping for?

Mr Moorley, Thank you for your comments. We would be interested to hear which elements of our cover were not accessible until such time you had purchased. Our policy wording is freely available prior to purchase and our terms and conditions are clearly stated and have to be agreed to prior to even an initial quotation being generated. Inspite of paying for the road side assistance I am still waiting for the documents of insurance to be forwarded in PDF format Hope the documents will be posted to me soon

Hi, The web site is hard to follow, I kept going over the same pages. Its not clear enough. I found it hard to find my saved policy, then had to re-do it for the third, again. At the end I didn't know if I purchased the breakdown cover or not, checked my email and had no conformation to tell me I was covered. Cheap breakdown cover though, lets hope the cover isn't as bad as the web-site.

I have just purchased this breakdown cover so have no idea how efficient your service is. However the website was easy to use and breakdown cover premium was a lot less than the AA/RAC

i find your service good except for when I try to contact you by phone then it falls short on the amount of time I have to wait I tried to call for a question I wanted answered but gave up as the waiting time was to long

I have taken up road rescue but have not received any information as how to cotact you should an emergency occur although I took out the cover early it stats today but no details have been recceived.

took a while to answer the phone initially, then i recieved 3 call backs/ tranfers of calls whilst my cover was being looked for...repetitive information given each time. It didnt matter too much in this instance because i was inside and warm. It would have been shocking if i was next to a road with my children. All estimated times were 30 minutes out. from start to pick up took aprox 3 hours. all that said, car went to the garage to be fixed. Thank you.

I just purchased online due to good pricing for overall product, more cover for the money, won out over my usual company, whom I have been with for some 15 years and they didnt want to even look at reducing or matching your price !!
