We had a flat tyre on our motorhome on a Tuesday morning, the recovery took well over an hour to come, but the man was pleasant and quick, but didn't offer to check the pressure on the spare and then didn't seem to understand the equipment he used when we asked him to. i.e that our ignition had to be on for his air pressure pump to work. The phone call through to request help was easy though and we were thankful for the cover.

Please put on the front page that cover starts after 48 hours. Some of us do things last minute ! Tried to take out breakdown cover on line then the page dropped out and had to phone through, the guy i spoke to was very helpful and set up the policy.

I was pleased with the price, which was why I bought my policy. However, I did not receive any documentation and had to phone to request this, which I found disappointing. I haven't had cause to make a callout and use the service yet so am unable to comment on this!

Seems like a good deal to me and I, in a positive way, hope that I never have to call on your services. I'm sure if however, I do need to then I look forward to a very good service.

Not having had any reason to use your service so far, I am not able to comment on your efficiency or performance. However your price for cover makes you very competitive and welcoming.

My recovery breakdown insurance expired through my insurance policy so I bought a policy from 2gether to replace it. I was disappointed because I never received no welcome email to say how to use the service or that I even had a policy. I have never needed to use the service so I can't review how good it is just hope it is better than their administration side.

This stupid; I have not taken cover out with this company!!!!! I did ask for a quotes on 15th April 2015, but did not go ahead with the policy

How can I rate something I've never tried? Having thought I was safe last year with the co-ops five star service, I was really let down. I didn't get the service I paid for, and was left in life threatening circumstances for over six hours by an agent. The co-op then wanted nothing to do with it , which is why I changed to 2gether, hope they are better, should I be forced to use them. Signs so far not too good since despite two phone calls, I have received 21 (yes 21) copies of the PDF of my policy with them, by email, since joining in April . The last 'thank you for joining' arrived today, June26th, which doesn't really say much for their organizational skills!

not had to use recovery yet , so cannot comment but , i think you should consider a discount on premiums for people who do not call out during the year the premium is in use
