I am a new customer, who has written two emails to 2gether insurance and not received a response for either. I received an excellent offer to join the company, which I accepted. I am hoping I don't break-down as I feeling very nervous about the company, especially with reading some negative reviews.

I put normal star rate because I have only just purchased the product and have no idea how it will perform since I have not broken down yet. Set up went ok except that I couldn't find confirmation email because it was in my spam so look for that. It was a very good price for what looks like good cover.

Was easy to take out policy on line, and by far the lowest quote, can really add anything because I have not needed assistance , but if I do I will leave feedback on their service

Purchased economy recovery yesterday online phoned to ask for written policy to be forwarded Policy number is 2157902 - was told someone would phone me back in 5 minutes that was yesterday about 4.45 I'm still waiting! please just forward it don't think there is anything to discuss as payment has been taken from my account thank you Cherry Clark 22 manor view court sompting ave worthing bn14 8hr

Difficult to leave feedback as I just discovered your site using a search engine Will have to see how it goes over the next 12 month's as previous service hiked the prices on renewal so chose your service

The policy seems to provide the key requirements for my motoring needs. It was straightforward to set up and easy to read. I have not yet had to call on breakdown services so I cannot review their efficiency .

The term of the policy wasn't clearly specified - they should put the expiry date clearly on the paperwork. Also, as you can't call them out for 48 hours you need to know that you have to take out cover 2 days before your old policy expires.

The buying and the price were great and the cover is good but I never received even an email confirmation of my purchase - in fact this is the only contact I have had from you so I can't log on to any members info and its left me feeling concerned as to whether I am covered or not

As you purchased cover through Compare the Market, you would have automatically been sent an email to the address you provided, which contained confirmation of your policy and policy wording. You cannot comment on how good or bad any service or product is until you have to us it and then be satisfied or dissatisfied until then who? Knows ps I have put the star rating halfway it could go up or down

3 stars because only took the policy a hot minute ago but application process was quick and simple, the only complaint I have at the moment is that I'm unable to access my policy details via the 2gether app, it asks me to log in but no option to register
