When we read the policy document, which was only available after we purchased the policy, it was evident that the cover was not suitable and as such we would like to cancel the policy No 3936576.

It is unfortunate that the cover we offer is not suitable for your requirements, however as with all of our policies, the full policy wording would have been available to you prior to purchase. On this occasion, with the policy being bought via Compare the Market, within their portal under the 'More Details' section, this is where you would have found the full wording prior to purchase. I have only just taken out the cover. Found the website difficult in that I was not sure what was being covered and what the conditions were.

Have only just joined so I would not know how good it is.Do I get my details in the post.I rang last night and was on the phone for 5mins.In the end I hung up as I dont know if 1945 is a exspensive call line.Thank you. MR J PATERSON.

I would have left 5* (very good) but I was left a little confused. when I paid for the policy I got no conformation at all so I didn't know if I had paid for it or not. I had an e mail today to confirm it but I was expecting one straight after paying. Also I am confused about the policy paperwork as there is nothing telling me if I have to download the policy or you send it by post. if you were a little more informative I would have given 5*

When trying to purchase online I did experience some problems which led to me being charged twice. I had to ring to sort. Product and price seem good.

The website form is not as user friendly as others and you had to download loads of pages to see what you were actually getting for your money

Seems good value for money but the policy doesn't start for a fortnight so time will tell. I'll know better just how good they are in a year's time.

been with green flag for many years but as they wouldn't sign me in unless I agreed to automatic payment for July 2016/17 I decided to try you so hope i'm not going to be disappointed. I haven't had to call out for many, many years.

Although you can obtain a quote online, you cannot complete and pay online which is annoying, but when I got through to the company, the process was very quick and documentation sent immediately.

As my renewal car insurance did not have a breakdown cover this year, I was looking for a cheap breakdown cover. It was simply by a chance that I came across 2gether breakdown cover. The great thing about 2gether is that they do 'pay as you claim' policy! I had never come across this type of policy befor, and over the past 25 years or so I've been coughing out £30 -£50 for the road assisstance service recovery policies with all the other major breakdown service providers. Receiving a quote took only few seconds. However, as I did not needed the cover immediately, I waited a few weeks before taking out the cover. AT the time of taking out the cover, I was unable to login to my account and so I send an email to 2gether. But I did not hear from them either by email or a phone! Eventually, I managed to login to my account and took out the cover. All the cover documents available in my account within a few seconds, which I downloaded to my harddrive for glance over and for future reference. As I have only taken out the cover recently and not needed to call out the rescue service, I'm unable to comment on their customer service and their rescue service. But so far I'm happy!

Took over two hours to arrive which was excessive. Nice recovery driver and very helpful. Rather than using one major breakdown service in the region it would benefit from using more local garages to speed up waiting times. But that is my only concern. Had I been in a different location other than Cornwall it might be a different.

cant really comment on the service or policy as I sold the car soon after taking policy out which was unexpected or would never have bought the cover ,

I have only just bought this policy and have not had to use it yet, hopefully I never will! It was easy to set up on the computer so that in itself is a plus
