“Early days but online procedure, price and speed of reply all good. Do I receive any written confirmation of agreement number? Real proof will be if I breakdown....although not wishing this to happen.”

“I am a new customer, who has written two emails to 2gether insurance and not received a response for either. I received an excellent offer to join the company, which I accepted. I am hoping I don't break-down as I feeling very nervous about the company, especially with reading some negative reviews.”

“The quote was £42.50 but I was charged £49.16p so I am not very pleased. Thank you for your reply but the quote on "go compare still shows £42.50p". I booked through this system and not direct so I should have had the discount. I would appreciate the consideration of a reimbursement for the difference please. many thanks Jeff Glock”

Mr Glock, We have looked through our system and there is no record of you having received a quotation of £42.50, only of the £49.16 which you proceeded with. If you are able to supply evidence of the £42.50 quotation we will gladly refund the difference. Regards The 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team

“I put normal star rate because I have only just purchased the product and have no idea how it will perform since I have not broken down yet. Set up went ok except that I couldn't find confirmation email because it was in my spam so look for that. It was a very good price for what looks like good cover.”

“2gether are good. Breakdown truck arrived in 40 mins. 2gether rang 10 mins before as promised. However Richford who are the breakdown people they use are hopeless. Car wouldn't start so immediately diagnosed the car with immobiliser issues. Took it to one garage and before the car was off the lorry. A bloke came and asked what was up then said we don't deal with immobiliser issues. The driver got funny about their 'one stop' policy *even tho it was 1/4 mile from where I broke down? !!? Took it next door to Halfords who deal with immobilisers. Went and asked if thy do whilst he was lowering my car off the ramp and they had no space as the car park was full and was on a busy main road. Told the driver this to which he grunted,went inside the truck and got the paperwork for me to sign and effed off. No car park space meant me on a main road facing on coming traffic on double yellows. Had to ask a pedestrian to help me wheel my car onto the kerb. Rang 2gether back who were great and rang the breakdown carrier to see if they would turn round as a gesture of good will. To which they rang back and said they had spoke to Halfords and they said they would allow me on their yard when the next space became available. Complete lie as I went into reception and they didn't know what I was talking about. Tall miserable guy from Richford working in the Nottingham area is useless! Waited for almost 2 hours the 3 lads from Halfords helped pick my car into a space. Bad experience but can't fault 2gether as a company as they were polite and understanding”

“Was easy to take out policy on line, and by far the lowest quote, can really add anything because I have not needed assistance , but if I do I will leave feedback on their service”
