“As I have only just joined I have no experience of your customer service but I must say that I am very surpriesed that I have not yet received any documentation regarding my policy. I joined on Thursday and payment has gone out but have no idea who to call if I do indeed need to contact you”

Mr Wiltshire, Thank you for your comments. As you bought your policy with us through Go-Compare you would have automatically been sent an email containing your policy details and documentation. If upon checking your junk and/or spam folders you are not in receipt of this, please call us on 01945 465508, where we will be able to reissue these for you. Regards 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team

“As I've only just purchased this I can't really say much. I did find your site easy to use. Think the only thing I didn't like is having to wait 48 hours before I can use it. Mind I don't use very often, think it's been about once in 3 years might even be longer”

“I haven't had to use the service so no comment on that. I do have to say I didn't receive any postal verification, no card, no number, nothing. I was lucky to keep emails which is the only way I know who I bought breakdown cover with”

“Access to Information very easy to follow, options are based in individuals preference's and package coverage. Only disappointment was that I thought app for mobile phone would automatically be sent, once confirmation of payment had been accepted.”

“We asked for a quote and 2gether was one of the cheapest. We left the site and then found 2gether was one of only 2 firms who quoted us who had bothered to contact us. They offered us a special deal and their website was easy to use and to buy the policy on-line. They then immediately sent us the policy details for us to download. They clearly run a very slick and efficient operation.”
