The Policy condition prior to signing up were not exactly clear until after making payment when we found that Nationwide Recovery was not back to base but to local garage only. Based on this lack of information at the start we cancelled after payment.

I clicked on your site due to what you offered for a competitive price. Once I followed it to payment I did not get the product I thought I was paying for.

Not had to use the services yet, but website is easy to use, and prices are brilliant when you compare to RAC and the like. Insured my car and husbands van (with EU cover) for £30 less than RAC for one car

The buying procedure was simple, price was good. Hopefully I'll never need their services but I feel happier knowing I have a backup if needed as my mobility has become rather limited over the last few years and getting recovery as an individual is not as easy as you might think.

Hello, I went to Go Compare website and found a policy from 2Gether for motor breakdown cover for a very reasonable price indeed. I haven't used the service yet but if or when I do I will post another review.

Found the company through a comparison website. Ordered policy on-line, documents can through within minutes, very easy process. Hope they are as good in a breakdown situation.

The term of the policy wasn't clearly specified - they should put the expiry date clearly on the paperwork. Also, as you can't call them out for 48 hours you need to know that you have to take out cover 2 days before your old policy expires.

The buying and the price were great and the cover is good but I never received even an email confirmation of my purchase - in fact this is the only contact I have had from you so I can't log on to any members info and its left me feeling concerned as to whether I am covered or not

As you purchased cover through Compare the Market, you would have automatically been sent an email to the address you provided, which contained confirmation of your policy and policy wording. Although I have not yet had a need to call for roadside assistance, the sign up and purchasing process was a doddle including a 1 minute response time from customer service via an email query I made.

Mr Mason, Thank you for your comment. As the policy was purchased online the paperwork associated to this will naturally take the same format. If you call our offices we can gladly assist in sending a hard copy if you should so wish.
