“Not too long a process to take out a roadside assistance policy for my vehicle. Simple payment methods. Totally happy with service provided so far. Hopefully my vehicle won't require any assistance, but best to have a policy that isn't as expensive as some other companies can be.”

“The policy seems to provide the key requirements for my motoring needs. It was straightforward to set up and easy to read. I have not yet had to call on breakdown services so I cannot review their efficiency .”

“The Policy condition prior to signing up were not exactly clear until after making payment when we found that Nationwide Recovery was not back to base but to local garage only. Based on this lack of information at the start we cancelled after payment.”

“Not had to use the services yet, but website is easy to use, and prices are brilliant when you compare to RAC and the like. Insured my car and husbands van (with EU cover) for £30 less than RAC for one car”

“The buying procedure was simple, price was good. Hopefully I'll never need their services but I feel happier knowing I have a backup if needed as my mobility has become rather limited over the last few years and getting recovery as an individual is not as easy as you might think.”
