“Not needed to use your services yet but was sent a renewal on the 10th January which showed a 10% increase on last year.Renewal was due 16th January.You took the money out of my account on the 11th January-5 days before renewal due which gave me no chance of seeking an alternative. These shady practices need to stop.!!!”
