“Hi the only thing I was not happy about was that you took payment a week early.my car insurance was renewed today by another company and they took the renewal payment today as I expected, so next year if I continue with you l will expect payment to come out of my account on the due date. “Yesterday, at 09:03, I called to request a breakdown recovery vehicle to my home address. The engine management system light was on and there was no power on acceleration. At 9:37, I received a call from Baileyfield Garage to say he was 10 minutes away. This he was and promptly loaded my car and delivered it to my chosen garage. This all began after a freezing night at the start of the snowy weather in Scotland and I expected a very long wait. Outstanding service...thanks a million !”

“In November during heavy rain I became stuck in the mud at my caravan. I rang the landlord who said he was unable to help. I went to the village garage, who advertised a vehicle recovery service. Unfortunately they had discontinued their recovery service. As it was getting dark, I rang Emergency Assist Ltd. They informed me that they only deal with electrical and mechanical breakdowns. Disappointed that they did not have contact details of local vehicle recovery garages.”

“My telephone call to request assistance was handled professionally and reassuringly. The recovery vehicle arrived within the stated time and the car was taken to the garage of my choice, which was slightly off the beaten track. I was called by the recovery vehicle driver when he had dropped the car off and told where he had left the key. I cannot fault the service.”

“I was driving on the m6 motorway when my warning light came on so i stopped the car and rang your company. I was told the only option that i had was 2 have a breakdown vehicle recover the vehicle to my home at a cost of £115.00. The woman that i spoke to gave me no alternative but to pay the money or i would have been left there ! I thought the whole idea of breakdown cover was to have roadside assistance by a mechanic but since speaking to one of your managers he has informed me that you only send mechanics for punctures and flat batteries ! I feel very dissapointed and let down by you !”

“i had 2 calls outs from two different people and they told me the incorrect information about my car and when I spoke to the supervisor he was really rude and hanged up on me, he had serious bad customer service.”

“First it took over 10 minutes on the phone to get through to someone. Then I was told response time would be 60-90 minutes but I had to wait almost 2 hours. However once he got there he was efficient and helpful”

“The advisor on the helpline told me exactly what to do as I’ve never had to call a breakdown service before. He assured me that a mechanic would be with me within 60 to 90 minutes and would tow me to a garage of my choice. The friendly mechanic arrived within an hour and made me feel at ease. He towed me to my requested garage for a new tyre & I was back on the road 30 minutes later! Excellent service all round thankyou. Highly recommended this company.”
