“I haven't needed to call upon you yet and hope not to need to, particularly as, even on the platinum breakdown cover, as s breakdown that you attend due to an accident will incur an extra fee of £80 or £90, according to the smallprint. Surely this should be included, with a bare minimum of recovery from a motorway following a collision, without clobbering customers with an extra fee! Very surprising and disappointing to discover this in the small print.”

“Although I have cover, I have never had to call you out, so I'm unable to give a review of that service, however I do think it's very unfair I have just renewed my policy with you and if I have a breakdown within the 1st 48 hours I'm not covered even though my membership with you as been active for at least one year.”
