“I haven't had to use E Assit yet as I always have Japanese cars which rarely break down ,My Nissan is my 5 th one ,but E A is a very good price for breakdown services .”

“Very easy to renew policy on line no problem at all.i had received a E mail to renew my policy well before it was due,but unfortunately I missed it ,maybe send an e mail the day before it’s due just as a reminder,only a thought.Thanks.”

“Only required the breakdown service once. Very prompt and efficient. Nice to be quoted a lower renewal premium. Never known that to happen with any emergency service. Thank you.”

“I bought this policy with the clear understanding that if I was to break down the car could be bought back home and If I was strandard, I would get a lift either back to work or home. When I did breakdown this was not available. Even though I paid extra to have a premium policy. After calling out ANOTHER breakdown company it was discovered the pipe on the cooling system had broken, this was fixed in 20 minutes and I was on my way, your engineers could not fix this and didn't even identify the broken pipe! I would like a refund of the premium I have paid. Utterly awful service”
