“The man who picked myself and my car up was brilliant! However the woman I rang at 5am to arrange the recovery pick up must have either been a trainee as I could her whispering down the headset to a man that was telling her what to ask me which made me unsure whether the recovery has actually been booked and found it very unprofessional, so I had to ring again at 6am to double check and the women I spoke to then was great, very helpful.”

“The driver that arrived was great, couldn't fault him. But the service delivered by 2Gether Motor was poor, rang them at 1:45pm, the recovery driver said they didn't ring him till an hour later and took him 30mins to arrive.”

HI James, Thank you for your comments. With respect to your recovery this was outsourced to a third party, so any delay in instructing the recovery driver is down to them, and not ourselves. “Easy to purchase, friendly advisor and very cheap. Luckily we haven't had to use the cover yet but hoping if we do, it's as easy as it was to get it!!”

“Took ages to answer call, I'm disabled and had to wait 1 hour 30 mins for what I thought was road side assistance. But instead a recovery truck turned up no attemp to fix the vehicle. It cause me a great deal of distress”

Hi Catherine, Thank you for your comments. Depending on the issue with the vehicle, a roadside repair, temporary or otherwise, is not always possible due to limitations and therefore a straight recovery is unavoidable. Regards 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team

“I broke down in the first 48 hrs of me taking the policy out, which is fair enough, but be told that you won't come out even afte the 48 hrs is wrong l was stuck on Exmoor Thanks a lot”

Hi, Thank you for your comments. The policy does not cover pre-existing faults with the vehicle, so if one has occurred during the 48 hour inception period, this will obviously be the case when the cover comes into force. Attendance will be refused to this given issue until such time evidence is received that remedial action is taken. Regards 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team
