I clicked on your site due to what you offered for a competitive price. Once I followed it to payment I did not get the product I thought I was paying for.

Not very clear, Emergency number/ breakdown ????. No paper work through post. Very vague .

Mr Mason, Thank you for your comment. As the policy was purchased online the paperwork associated to this will naturally take the same format. If you call our offices we can gladly assist in sending a hard copy if you should so wish. Cant comment on breakdown service as only just took policy out but recieved an email day after taking out policy stating I hadnt proceeded with my quote and offering me 50% discount! pretty poor customer service when I had just paid full price for the policy, Id advise anyone else to wait 24hrs after getting a quote in order to get 50% discount. Also very hard to find a contact number for the company.

Unable to contact the insurer by phone as the phone line went dead after a couple of minutes waiting for a response.

Be careful, you cannot cancel it without pay 10 pounds fee. Not use it yet, do not know their service quality.

Mr Zhang, We employ a £10 cancellation fee, inline with the industry standard, to cover our overheads in the event of a client choosing to cancel their policy either prior to inception or within the first 14 days of cover. In this instance I note that you chose not to cancel, and with respect to service levels, disclosed a fault with your vehicle prior to the policy's inception, which is expressly mentioned in the policy wording as not being covered. Dear Sir/Madam. I emailed one of your colleagues in response to what i thought was the policy. The policy was in gobbill-di-gook! Which i was unable to interpret! I have taken out a policy on Wednesday and my car genuinely breaks down on a Thursday. A 2 day delay for start up causes a great deal of inconvenience to genuine customers. There should be a clause for genuine breakdowns in this initial period! Not happy, but we will see how the first call out goes.

Have to use other website to book breakdown kept coming up error on one comparison site!! Let's hope I recieve a better breakdown service!!!

I gave a poor as I was trying to cover my van for breakdown cover. I had previous experience with another company covering me and then later saying my van was too long so it wasn't covered. So I told the assistant that my van was 5.3 m long and asked if I was still covered. She assured me I was and it did not matter what length and width it was. When I got the documents I readall the smal print and guess what. My van was not covered it was too long! I rang up and they said that I coul have my money back as it had only just ben issued (rather than a mistake had been made). However, the 2 assistants I spoke to were really nice and polite particularly the first one.

A breakdown Cover means a breakdown cover that covers a genuine breakdown and not a limited breakdown cover with silly exclusion. Thank you

I'm sure the policy itself will prove to be fine, but setting it up was troublesome. I did so through the comparethemarket site, and there was obviously no join up between them and your company. I made a lot of calls to your office for the next week, just to get the paperwork to prove that I had actually bought a policy. The premium was, of course, deducted from my account immediately. If I had needed to make one more call then it would have been to the regulator.

bought policy 26 6 2015 on line told at end of tranaction would recive conformation @full details of policy @contact numbers to date i have not had anything i hope this is not a reflection of there breakdown recovery service

Took over two hours to arrive and very little communication whilst I was waiting. I think a larger breakdown company probably has much faster response times.

I thought I was buying full roadside breakdown cover. Where as I believe your company is only providing cover if i have an accident. Which is not what I require. Therefore I will not be renewing my policy.

Not really happy with your service 1 St you got name wrong and diva informed me I was not insured then you sent me insurance for a caravan not a car then you email me saying your cancelling insurance because I dissent give you certain information but you did not say what so far not a good service from your admin dept

Brought online then had to phone the company to find out where my card or policy details were only to be told you don't get anything here's the number you ring and this is your policy number, I can't imagine that I'm going to get a great service at the road side, let's just hope I don't need to call them
