I'm disgusted in this company. Isaw the cheap price and i clicked on it to buy it, after buying it and reading its terms & conditions etc I realised that this was not the policy for me, I called to cancel and was told a £10 administration fee would be charged even though I had only had it fro 15 minutes.

Ms Holland, Having read the terms and conditions you would have been aware that if cancelled within the first 14 days a £10 charge is levied against the refund. Thereafter if cancelled there is no return premium due. Our terms of business are advertised at the point of quotation, and a compulsory declaration to be ticked to say these have been read and understood, prior to a price being produced for consideration. A week after I took out cover, documents still not received and not so much as a confirmatory email telling me what my policy number is. If I have an accident at present, I would have no idea who to contact. I am effectively paying for nothing until I get the paperwork. Compared to all other insurance companies I deal with, this is lame.

Mr Prest, Thank you for your feedback. The documents are automatically sent at the point of purchase but can inadvertently reside in spam/jun folders due to over eager filters. Set up breakdown cover on the Sunday and never heard anything from them until a email to write a review on the Wednesday on review. Co.uk

These are automatically emailed to you at the point of purchase, but due to overly aggressive spam/junk filters, can end up in the according folders. Three comments: I found you from Gocompare. This said that Homestart was included for £26 but when I got to your site I had to pay extra for Homestart. I don't think the documentation states the length of coverage. Presumably 1 year? I am not sure how secure the payment system was.

Hi Marilyn, Thank-Your for your feedback , I have located your file and can see that you in fact have paid a premium of £34.10 and secured our full UK motor breakdown cover which includes home start. The policy description both on our direct website and comparison engines are very clear as they have to be for compliance. I can confirm that our websites and payment gateways are all fully secure and are held on a Https secure server. I would be happy to hear more and of course a revised review would be most appreciated. 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team

my battery was flat&i was told it would be 100£ to stat my car so I had my garage friend come & start it in 2mins please reply

Mr Bird, Thank you for your comments. Looking into this I can see the reason for your flat battery was due to you leaving your lights on. As noted to you on the telephone, and outlined within our policy wording, this is a specific exclusion and no cover is in force should this occur. We are, however, able to attend on a paid basis at a cost in addition to that of any premium paid. I hope this addresses your query. Regards The 2gether Motor Breakdown Team

Hello, I applied for breakdown cover with 2Gether this week but have not received any cover details in the post or a confirmation email with my policy information, will this be sent soon? I requested that the cover commence 16.01.16. I hope to hear from someone soon to confirm my purchase. I have only rated 'Poor' because of little communication at this stage. Thank you, Anna Clements

Hi Anna, I have located your file, it appears that Joanne has re-issued documents to you on the 11th January 2016 however at the point of purchase your documents would have displayed for download. Cover confirmed on email, no documents at all with call out numbers etc sent to home address. Chased this twice, but still nothing - I'm used to receiving something to put in my car with the details we need for an emergency.

Our 'Pay As You Claim' product is unique in the market place and is designed in return for a small registration fee, to give you access to our services on a paid basis should you require them. This is made clear on both aggregators and our direct site and you would have also had opportunity to view the policy wording prior to purchase. the requirement for 30 days only for european travel is a bit probative of my personal needs so had to cancel after only 1 day plus cancellation would be better by e mail than letter

Paid my money for a policy and have never received a confirmation email. Only have my policy number from the original online purchase. Hope it works works if I need it!!!!

still have not received paper work 10 days after purchasing policy . also concerned that after making enquiries i received an email offering me 50% discount when i opened this email and filled in form the website for making payments was not secure and showed as unidentified so iwent through compare the market (sage pay) and didnt get discount.

Ms Barker, The method with which you bought your policy would have generated an email to you containing your policy documents. Upon checking your inbox, junk and spam, if you are still not in receipt of these, please contact us and we will be more than happy to reissue them. Regarding our website, we use SagePay as our payment gateway, as the going through Compare the Market and purchasing as you did, only redirects you back to us for the payment part of the process. The process on line was easy, no problem, however since taking out full car breakdown cover on the 10/8/15 I have received no confirmation. I have sent 2 emails asking for the Breakdown Contact telephone Number and have not had a reply,so totally disappointed. If I am in the unfortunate position of needing assistance who do I phone?? Linda.
