“great service quick and easy”

“Initial call took a long time to be answered however, operatives when they did answer, were helpful and friendly. I was regularly updated with calls saying the repair man was on his way but he did take 1 3/4 hours to get to me as he was nearly 60 miles away. Although this was not a problem on this occasion, I hope it doesn't usually take this long. The repair man was very good.”

“Although the breakdown guy was nice he did not seem to want to try to fix my car, but did move it to where I wanted him too. I thought I had an hours roadside repair in my breakdown insurance but he did not even look under the bonnet until I asked him to. This is a bit disappointing as I still have a non starting car. It now emerges that my camshaft belt is broken, shame that the mechanic did not look long enough under the bonnet to diagnose this!!!”

“Hi, so originally i rang on a Tuesday evening explaining my car wouldn't start, however the person taking the call seemed not keen on getting anyone out unless it was really necessary. i called back the next morning in which someone was called out to me. however the service i received when the recovery service arrived to my address was excellent.”

“Only just purchased for 2 cars hope it does what it says but hope I don't need it. Really impressed with the price. One car 20 yr old Range Rover most don't cover oldies. Peace of mind going out of town.”

“Came quickly put on temp spare wheel told me be ok to get me 14 miles to work and get tyre changed asap after that and don't drive over 50 so instead of using motorway I used A road got half way and temp tyre went flat called you for help to be told can't do anything had to use mobile tyre service which cost me £85 and was an hour late for work”
