Mr Morgan, Thank you for comments. Homestart is not provided within our Economy cover which you have chosen. Upon selecting which level of cover you require, our system displays the policy benefits, to which homestart would not have been mentioned. “Forms easy to fill in looks like good value will only know if l have to call on them. Doesn't say if you pay by credit card or if it did l never saw it there is a charge of 3.5%”

“My overall experience was good, breakdown truck came very close to eta, nice guy, very efficient. However, when phoning breakdown number I was on hold for over ten minutes, not an issue for myself but a young mother on the side of a busy motorway, maybe. Also my policy couldn't be found because I didn't have my policy number to hand, a postcode or Reg number should suffice, it does with the AA or RAC.”

“I have given a 'Good' rating based on the ease of using the website and the value for money that the breakdown policy appears to offer. As I've only just purchased the policy and I have not had the misfortune to break down I'm afraid that I can't really rate the service on its performance. If I should happen to need the breakdown service (and hopefully I won't), I'll update my review.”

“The only thing i thought after reading my cover to find that i was not covered for breakdown by accidentley leaving my lights on and having a flat battery i would have assumed that this is one break down that would have been covered as it would be a very common breakdown to happen. Apart from that i am happy with my cover. Best regards Mr Benning”
