“The recovery vehicle driver phoned to let me know he was on the way, and would be with me in about 30 minutes. He sounded friendly, polite and courteous. He arrived shortly sooner than he had thought. He questioned me about the problem; test drove my car, never out of sight; and then assured me there was no problem. He explained the reasons for his conclusion, and answered the questions I asked to my satisfaction. I was very happy to have met him. Well done.”

“Easy to use website and looks very good value for money. Mine was a quote for two cars in the household and I am very pleased at the price, they beat every other quote. I haven't used the breakdown service yet so lets hope the service is just as good as the website.”

“Initially l tried to apply on line but as I am not completely computer literate l encountered some difficulties.However, when l telephoned your office to confirm if my application had been successful, the lady I spoke to was both courteous and professional during our conversation.”

“not impressed ! I rang you yesterday to start breakdown cover for 3 cars and was told my policy and receipt of purchase would be sent to me immediately. As yet - almost 24 hours later - I am still waiting !! I shall now ring you to complain about this , if I am not satisfied with the outcome I shall ask for my money back. Mrs M Newman”

“I am a new customer and I must say it was easy to get the cover I wanted with no fuss. Hopefully we will be together for some time. “Initial call was answered quickly, understood by the operator and dispatched rescue vehicle quickly Recovery vehicle arrived on-time and driver was very friendly and helpful. Even taking the time to relay me to petrol station so i could inflate spare Tyre for onward journey. A good experience all round”

“Breakdown service arrived within 30 minutes. Efficient , courteous and efective. The best part was that it was the same company, Ron Perry, that came when I was with LV who charged 3 times that annual fee that 2Gether charged.”
