“Had to use this service i rang the number and explained the problem with my car. they sent a recovery truck to my house to collect my car but the driver couldn't tell me were he was taking my car so i refused to let them take it. i will not be renewing and my only advice is to avoid.”

“simple and straightforward and good price. it did take me some time in the T&C to confirm that it's the car that's covered - whoever's driving, rather than the 'member' in any car. That's fine, of course.”

“I've personally never had to use them, but have used them for my daughter after I bought her a years membership for Xmas, after her accident, a local garage recovery van was sent out within an hour, so for the cheap price we're both happy with that aspect. The rigmarole of the call centre they use.....That was another matter, standing in the snow having to answer so many questions was ridiculous. Surely all that needs to be known is: reg number, location and do you need forward travel?”
