“Be careful, you cannot cancel it without pay 10 pounds fee. Not use it yet, do not know their service quality.”

Mr Zhang, We employ a £10 cancellation fee, inline with the industry standard, to cover our overheads in the event of a client choosing to cancel their policy either prior to inception or within the first 14 days of cover. In this instance I note that you chose not to cancel, and with respect to service levels, disclosed a fault with your vehicle prior to the policy's inception, which is expressly mentioned in the policy wording as not being covered. “My insurance cover comes into effect from 11th August 2015. So have not had any experience of breakdown recovery. If id, however, find insuring with 2gether to be very easy and informative.”

It is unfortunate that the cover we offer is not suitable for your requirements, however as with all of our policies, the full policy wording would have been available to you prior to purchase. On this occasion, with the policy being bought via Compare the Market, within their portal under the 'More Details' section, this is where you would have found the full wording prior to purchase. “Easy to navigate and complete. However, I was very concerned that a warning came up by my security to inform me that the site had a certificate not varified. I did go into the detail of the warning, which referred to Sage Pay. I felt it was to go ahead.... nothing untoward has happened so far! Fantastic price, not had to make a call so far, so unable to comment on service.”

“Good cover for price, went out of their way to help and paid attention to detail. One fault was the second time I contacted, as it happens to finalise arrangements and pay, the site gave all kinds of problems and I had to talk to customer services to get the job done. I must say the young lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and although she also encountered problems her resolve proved successful in the end.Excellent service”
