“As a woman I wanted breakdown cover, not just Roadside Assistance, a breakdown service which will do everything in its power to either get me going again or take me somewhere I can get sorted or to my destination if repairs are not able to be done immediately.”

Mr Zhang, We employ a £10 cancellation fee, inline with the industry standard, to cover our overheads in the event of a client choosing to cancel their policy either prior to inception or within the first 14 days of cover. In this instance I note that you chose not to cancel, and with respect to service levels, disclosed a fault with your vehicle prior to the policy's inception, which is expressly mentioned in the policy wording as not being covered. “My insurance cover comes into effect from 11th August 2015. So have not had any experience of breakdown recovery. If id, however, find insuring with 2gether to be very easy and informative.”
