“The service has always been quick and efficient for me. The products generally arrived in a good condition. I have had one issue where the product didn't arrive, but the customer service were very helpful and provided a substitute with no quibbles. Thank you.
The only side-note is that currently some of the Ionic vape liquids I generally order seem to be out of stock. I hope that this is changed soon, because it's a favourite of mine.”
“I love the products. There is one major flaw & that is, there is no telephone contact number for when there is a query/complaint etc., I had a query which if I had been able to actually speak to someone I could have resolved within one day instead of having to wait for 7 working days and then raise a ticket! My query actually took 10 days because there was the weekend in between (as there always will be). So my order wasn’t delivered, I had actually put the wrong door number on the address, it was delivered to a neighbour who I don’t know & it turns out that they returned it after nobody turned up to claim it. Now I have to wait until it’s confirmed that ET have received it back before they will send it out again. This could have been resolved with one phone call.
