The service has always been quick and efficient for me. The products generally arrived in a good condition. I have had one issue where the product didn't arrive, but the customer service were very helpful and provided a substitute with no quibbles. Thank you.
The only side-note is that currently some of the Ionic vape liquids I generally order seem to be out of stock. I hope that this is changed soon, because it's a favourite of mine.
