“I waited almost a week for delivery and only now have I received my item. My Deva, or rather, the box, was missing the film and looked like it had already been used. I charged it, and it's been a full hour now, and it's not charging. The charge indicator is still at 1. I would like to replace this item. I'm not completely satisfied with my order. I've ordered the same Deva several times before, and everything was fine the previous times. But something went wrong with this order, and I received a damaged or defective item.”

Due to Royal Mail restrictions, certain areas have to be sent via Royal Mail 48 delivery. They aim to deliver within 48 working hours, but in some cases it can take longer. As your order was placed after our cut-off time on Friday, it was dispatched on Saturday, and your order was delivered on Wednesday. We're also sorry to hear about the problem with your device. Unfortunately, this flavour, along with VEEV 2-pack pods, has been discontinued. However, much of the range remains available in the new 1-pack format. Please note that VEEV has only ever offered two tobacco flavours, which have now been updated to the new 1-pack pods: Classic Tobacco and Balanced Tobacco. “Excellent! ET UK stocks a comprehensive range of nicotine/non-nicotine products at reasonable prices to suit any purse or taste. The free delivery is an added bonus and fillip. I can shop at a time to suit me confident that my order will typically arrive the following day. My last purchase was disappointing only because Royal Mail let me down on the delivery side. Am I being unreasonable to expect my delivery to arrive at a reasonable time of the day? Royal Mail tried to deliver to my address at 9.45pm on a Saturday, unsurprisingly there was no response so it was taken back and then re delivered at teatime on Sunday. All of this is outside the control of ET UK but it will still make me think twice before selecting the Royal Mail 24 hour delivery option again especially as I placed my order early doors on Friday morning so it should not have been problematic for it to be delivered within an acceptable timeframe. This disappointment aside, I really recommend ET UK on every level because their customer support service is stellar and their business model second to none. Kudos!”
