I can shop at a time to suit me confident that my order will typically arrive the following day. My last purchase was disappointing only because Royal Mail let me down on the delivery side. Am I being unreasonable to expect my delivery to arrive at a reasonable time of the day? Royal Mail tried to deliver to my address at 9.45pm on a Saturday, unsurprisingly there was no response so it was taken back and then re delivered at teatime on Sunday. All of this is outside the control of ET UK but it will still make me think twice before selecting the Royal Mail 24 hour delivery option again especially as I placed my order early doors on Friday morning so it should not have been problematic for it to be delivered within an acceptable timeframe. This disappointment aside, I really recommend ET UK on every level because their customer support service is stellar and their business model second to none. Kudos!”
