I emailed and ET replied immediately asked me to send the faulty vape back to them so that they could establish what was wrong with it. They quickly realised I'd accidentally child-locked it. “I have been a regular customer of Electric Tobacconist for a few years now, they are my first stop for all my vaping needs due to the vast range of products from many different brands all available to browse on their easy to use website.
I normally stick to my one favourite brand but occasionally try something different out of curiosity as there are normally some good special offers.
One thing i can't understand is why someone would pay for next day delivery when 99% of my orders arrive the next day anyway with free p&p as long as it's over the min. order charge. In all the years of dealing with this company i have only had to contact them once over a mistake i had made with an online order, my email was answered within the hour and the problem sorted.
In my opinion no company can compete with Electric Tobacconist on efficiency and speed of delivery and that includes Amazon Prime.”
