“Super fast delivery! Competitive prices and probably cheaper than other companies! I had a issue with some e liquids i purchased and got a reply back from James. What can i say he's an absolute top bloke! He sent me a free returns label which i got through email direct from royal mail and just had to go to the post office and scan the barcode and get my proof of receipt which has a tracking number on it so i could track the parcel going back to electronic tobacconist. It's not only that it's his patience and understanding cuz i think we sent each other about 40 messages back and forth because i suffer from anxiety and can ask alot of questions about the return and refund policy and also needed some advice about which other e liquids could he recommend? His patience was excellent and he replied promptly with his recommendations etc which as a anxiety sufferer is mandatory cuz the most stressful thing is waiting ages for someone to reply back to you. His customer service skills are 5star and it's not only me! Look at all the 5star reviews this company has got! I've just recently stopped smoking again and i can remember using this company years ago and only remember them because of the cheap prices and super fast delivery! I don't usually do reviews but i had to take my time out to and not only for electronic tobacconist, but for James! I can't thank you enough for all the help you gave me and no one knows what a person is going through mentally and i was really stressing out cuz of my anxiety cuz i bought 12 bottles of a brand of e liquid and after opening the first bottle i knew straight away that it's not for me and didn't know where to turn! Also the cost of living is very hard at the moment for all of us and i couldn't afford to go out and just some more e liquid and lose out on the one's I've already bought! So i messaged electronic tobacconist and got a reply back from James and the rest is history! I will be ordering from this company on a regular basis and know my order delivery will come super fast! Once again thanks James i really appreciate all your help and patience and will be asking to speak to you if i need any advice or have an issue in the future!
