“Battery on my electric cig was not working properly but customer service team got in touch almost immediately to explain how to fix the issue and offered further help if needed. All was resolved very quickly and I am happy to say that everything works brilliantly. Definitely will buy from them again!”

As per my email, The solution to the issue can be found by taking a small Flathead screwdriver and altering the height of the screws on both the clearomizer and the battery. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to respond to my email.

“As a company they are very good unfortunately the ecig disposables are a complete waiste of money i bought 4 and if any worked the most puffs i got out of any of them was 10 maximum sorry a bit negative but i am refering only about the disposables..contact and service you cant fault”

“Normally, if I order before 4pm the order arrives next morning, however last 2 orders have been later. I put the first delay of 5 days down to Christmas mail but the order I placed last Thursday evening, dispatched Friday at 10.24 did not arrive until Monday so have to put it down to Post Office i'm afraid and will have to take this in to account for future orders”
