All round a brilliant place to buy vape stuff. Great stock. Quick delivery and helpful customer service.
Pros:
- Product arrived 2 days earlier than expected.
- Excellent customer service. E-mail query was replied to within 2 minutes!
- Reasonable prices.
- Great stock. Some products difficult to find in UK.
Cons:
- One item in the order was out of stock. It was replaced with similar product of equal value without any notification (considering E.T have my phone number and email, notification would have been very easy). Not especially happy about this, as it is not what I ordered. Therefore, if I decide I do not want the alternative, the pressure and effort of returning it is on me now. Doesn't really seem fair to inconvenience the customer because the website is not up to date. The item WAS in stock when I ordered. I would have preferred to be sent nothing and have the value refunded/credited back to me. Giving me the choice to select an alternative if I wish to. I do not want the alternative item at all. The nicotine content is too low. But do I have the time to go through the RMA process etc...no. It is easier and more satisfactory for me to throw it in the bin. Wasting £15.99. Shame the choice was not given to me.
- Very poor packaging. Cheap packaging resulted in all boxes being somewhat battered, to the point where I am concerned about the contents. Haven't had a chance to try all the products out yet, so hopefully they aren't as bad as they look! We all know how bad royal mail are, so improved packaging really is needed.
One bottle of liquid has been damaged or poorly packed. The lid was half off and the whole package smelled very nice indeed. No liquid has leaked out, so I am wondering if it is ok to use considering the seal must have been broken.
Would've been 5 stars were it not for these 2 things.
