“I normally order on behalf of my wife for Gamucci menthol tips. So far there has only been one delay with delivery, which, to be fair, was the fault of Royal Mail who had our order sitting in their local depot undelivered for some reason!! I did contact you at the time.
What would have been helpful would have been a contact telephone number for yourselves at that time.
Also it would be good if you stocked E-Lites tips in menthol.
