“Although I am pleased with the quality of the products, I am disappointed that when I tried to put the run up to the house, it didn't fit. I had to remove the handles just to get it flush with the front of the house. Another point is, that there is no way of stopping the chickens from crawling under the gap below the door. I screwed a piece of plywood to the front to prevent this happening. Perhaps these comments might be taken into consideration for future customers.”

“We purchased the Kingston Fox proof chicken coop for our new rabbit. Paid for Saturday delivery and received a phone call immediately after placing order to advise us that it would arrive before 12 on the Saturday. It arrived at 10am on the Saturday in two large boxes. The instructions enclosed where very vague and small print so a little unclear, and resulted in us having to unscrew several times during the build as we had gone wrong! However once the coop was built it really is a lovely spacious (7ft ) space for our rabbit. We consider this a good value hutch/coop for its size as many rabbit hutches of similar design but smaller run space cost double what this coop cost even with Saturday delivery included in cost.”

“The Granary coop and run arrived quickly and proved easy to put together. I love the wire and the way it is I side the frame. One thing we HAD to complain about, with as yet no response, was the fact that the lifting roof tore off and blew across the garden during moderate winds. Thank goodness the girls were not yet in the coop but we're safely inside my house.! We could have lost our girls. Subsequently we have screwed the roof down, leaving us disappointed that we are unable to utilise this nifty design. A hook or lock of some sort needs to be added to the house.”

“Just taken delivery of hen coup with double run. Arrived on time. Easy to build with all parts present. Time will tell about quality but looks really good and plan to get 4 hens to start with as does not look suitable for many more.”

“I ordered my Buckingham coop on Monday morning and and paid for 1-2 day delivery. I had a phone call on the Monday afternoon from a nice man telling me to expect delivery on the Tuesday. It arrived as promised, all securely packed in two boxes. I admit, I have yet to put the coop together but looking at the pieces and the instructions, it looks fairly simple with all screws and fittings supplied. Thanks for a great service.”

“I don't know what I had expected as this was the first Hen house I have had. It was a lighter weight than I had expected. The design and manufacture was very good. a couple of the guides on the nest boxes had come off in transit but with a G clamp and some PVA glue it's absolutley fine. I like the look of it too although I'm sure that the chickens won't notice. For the cost I think it is very good value for money. P.S. I expected that it comes as a flat pack but it would have been nice to have be told so beforehand.”

“Bought the product for 6 to 8 hens but it barely takes 6 hens. WE are having to build an extension to house them with an extra run for space. This product should be for 4 to 6 baring in mind they should be SMALL hens. House itself has all the features and easy to clean and have access to the internal side. Also egg box small. I would advised anybody looking to buy a house to check dimensions as we did not see actual size related to amount of hens it can take. Our previous hen house was built by my husband. I guess he obviously built it to suit our needs and does not reflect on bought house. Great ideas I would say on easy access and clean + dealing with chickens”

“Fairly straight forward to put together for two people. Impressed with the wire and how it is fitted for fox proofing. One thing which was a shame is the dowels on the run to fit the roof were too long. This resulted in the dowels going through the roof at two points. Such a shame. Other than that a fair quality product that I'm hoping is built to last. The instructions could be clearer!”

“Bought the Betty hen house it appears to be very good value ordered it on the Tuesday morning and it arrived the next lunch time. Only problem was some of the screws were missing and the instructions need a bit of understanding but we got there in the end. Would most defiantly recommend this product and will be purchasing from this company again”

“a bit sneeped, produt a bit small wonce erected,otherwise product was well made, good construction, delivery very good all in all very satisfied-- will be ordering run extension in the next week or so----”
